Cook day is awesome! They loved the green goo even though it had no ginger. This morning was spent milking, sifting soil/poo, and then transplanting baby butternut squashes to bigger pots. In the evening we had to rearrange the several thousand heads of garlic in the rafters above the cow shed so that they would dry rather than rot. I helped Robin make feta. That was it! Taking off that 3 hours for cooking makes all the difference in the world. Robin got a new computer, Nathan and I are going to Bardstown next weekend, the brownies are still delicious, and I talked to my sister. All in all, a productive and pleasant day.
